overview

JYSK is a Denmark-based global retail chain selling household goods including mattresses, furniture and interior décor. We were commissioned by the Board of JYSK’s 1,500 employee Canadian entity to undertake a comprehensive digital HR transformation effort, inclusive of: creating a new digital HR strategy, completing a comprehensive organizational design review; overseeing all HR technology selection, implementation and integration; reviewing, mapping and reengineering their HR programs, policies, and practices.

Our architecture, scale, and enablement work fueled the organization’s growth. In the first year, our project team tendered, implemented and integrated five (5) disparate HR technologies in 12 months, including the organization’s first HRIS, Learning Management (LMS), and Applicant Tracking (ATS) systems. We then implemented a robust people data strategy that informed strategic business decisions, through visualizations, predictive analytics, and action planning principles.
